JUST TRIP RATE CONDITIONS

To guarantee the reservation, payment of the 1st night of the stay will be required at the time of booking for each room through the payment gateway that we will send you by email.
The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

The Client can cancel the reservation for free whenever he wants, without hours in advance according to the cancellation conditions of the policy that you will receive in your email address.

For each reservation made with this rate, we associate cancellation insurance and travel assistance insurance so that:

 The cancellation insurance guarantees the return of the night charged (first night) of the payment to the guest in case of cancellation of the reservation.
 Travel assistance insurance for all guests covers:
 Refund of holidays not enjoyed up to € 3,000
 Medical and health care up to € 3,000. We cover the coronavirus.
 If a client contracts the COVID-19 in the accommodation, they will be entitled to said coverage.
 Dental expenses up to € 250
 Theft and material damage to luggage up to € 600
 Search, location and shipment of lost luggage
 Civil liability up to € 30,000

What are the reasons why you can cancel the reservation free of charge?

The client will recover the cost of cancellation of the reservation as long as it complies with any of the 25 causes that are detailed in the general conditions of the policy, in summary they are:

– Due to death, hospitalization for at least one night, serious illness or serious bodily accident.
– Summons of the Insured as a party, witness or jury in a Civil, Criminal, Labor Court.
– The convocation as a member of an electoral table for the elections of state, autonomic or municipal scope.
– The Presentation to examinations of official competitions summoned through a public organism after the subscription of the insurance. This presentation can be either as an opponent or as a member of the court.
– Serious damages caused by fire, explosion, theft or by force of nature, in your main or secondary residence, or in your professional premises if the insured is a liberal profession or runs a company and his presence is imperatively necessary. – Due to the Insured`s job dismissal. In no case will this guarantee enter into force by termination of the employment contract, voluntary resignation or by not exceeding the trial period. In any case, the insurance must have been subscribed before the written communication from the Companyto the worker.
– The incorporation to a new job, in a different company to the one that was performing the job, with an employment contract of more than six months and provided that the incorporation takes place after the registration of the trip and, therefore, the Insurance subscription.
– Declaration of income made in parallel, made by the Ministry of Economy and Finance that results in an amount to be paid by the insured in excess of € 600. Act of air, land or naval piracy that makes it impossible for the insured to start their trip on the scheduled dates.
– Call for the insured`s surgical intervention, as well as medical tests prior to said intervention. (Includes organ transplant as recipient or donor).
– Call for medical tests of the insured or first or second degree relatives, carried out by the Public Health as a matter of urgency, provided that they are justified by the seriousness of the case.
– Serious complications in the state of pregnancy that, due to a medical prescription, force to rest or require hospitalization of the insured, his spouse, unmarried partner or person who as such lives permanently with the insured, provided that such complications have occurred after contracting the policy and seriously jeopardizing the continuity or the necessary development of said pregnancy.
– Premature delivery of the insured.
– Police retention of the insured, occurring after the insurance subscription, which coincides with the dates of the trip.
– Court summons for the divorce process that occurs after the trip is signed and coincides with the date of the trip.
– Urgently required to join the armed forces, the police or the fire services, as long as the incorporation is notified after the insurance is signed.
– Medical quarantine following an accidental event.
– Unexpected call for organ transplant from the insured or a relative.
– Signature of official documents on the dates of the trip, exclusively before the Public Administration.
– Delivery of a child for adoption, which coincides with the planned travel dates.
– The official declaration of a catastrophic zone at the place of residence of the INSURED or at the destination of the trip. The official declaration of a catastrophic zone from the place of transit to the destination is also covered by this guarantee, provided that this is the only way to access it.
– Judicial declaration of suspension of payments of a company that prevents the INSURED from developing his professional activity.
– Theft of documentation or luggage that makes it impossible for the INSURED to start the trip.
– Cancellation of the person who must accompany the insured on the trip, registered at the same time as the Insured, and insured by the same contract, provided that the cancellation originates from one of the causes listed above and, due to this, the Insured must travel alone.
– Cancellation of a family member of the Insured who must accompany the Insured on the trip, registered at the same time as the Insured, and insured by this same contract, provided that the cancellation originates from one of the causes listed above.
