One of the oldest wineries in Seville, opened since 1850, is today one of the best preserving the taste of yesteryear. Wooden bar, shelves full of bottles, large earthen jars for wine and hams hanging. Pure tradition. Now they serve their own tapas, but the typical thing was to buy fried fish in the adjacent frying pan and take it there with a “manzanilla” from Sanlúcar, a very cool Sherry or a well-drawn beer.
